Waxing

Waxing is a method of hair removal that removes the hair from the root. Although your individual experience may vary, most hair growth in the treated area does not resume for 2 to 8 weeks. The Natural Result / Center for Aesthetic Artistry offers waxing services for men and women who would like a low-maintenance method for removing unwanted facial hair.

What to Expect

Waxing is accomplished by spreading Cirepil Blue or NuFree wax directly to the skin. The wax hardens as it cools, and a paper strip is pressed on top and ripped off with a quick movement against the direction of hair growth. This removes the wax along with hair and dead skin cells. Waxing is not recommended if you are using Retin A or Tretinoin products.

Prior to your waxing appointment, you’ll have a brief consultation with one of our aestheticians to review your hair removal needs. We make sure to offer flexible appointment times so that you can fit your waxing treatment into even the busiest daily schedule.

This meeting is also a good time to bring up any additional questions you may have or ask about the range of med spa services we offer.

Recovery & Results

Waxing services at our med spa require no downtime. The treatment area may be slightly red immediately following your appointment, but this should fade quickly.
